Virgin Casino has announced that two new online slot games that are being offered through the Microgaming QuickFire platform went live at the online casino this week.
Both the new online slot games, Call of the Colosseum and Dynasty are themed on ancient history with the first taking players back to the Roman Empire and the latter set in ancient China.
The 20 pay line video slot, Call of the Colosseum, offers symbols that include a tiger, a Roman lady, a chariot, a gladiator's helmet, a bag of gold and the Colosseum. A fixed jackpot payout of 5,000 coins is offered by the Roman lady while the emperor is the wild symbol appearing only on reels 2, 3 and 4. The scatter symbol is the round shield and three or more of these symbols appearing on the reels will activate the free spins feature. Players are awarded with ten free spins with all payouts doubled. During the free spins the emperor appears making either the "thumbs up or the "thumbs" down sign. A "thumbs up' sign will result in three more free spins being awarded to the player.
The reels in the 20 pay line Dynasty slot game are set in the background of the Great Wall of China. The wild symbol is the Dynasty logo and appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 only. It can, however, appear stacked to enhance the payout potential. The scatter symbol is the emperor and three or more of these appearing on the reels awards players with 10 free spins with doubled payouts.
